Event Production Case Study: DNC 2016 Philadelphia Media Party

C&A was hired by the PHL DNC 2016 Host Committee as the lead event producer for the Major League Media Party, which entailed welcoming 10,000 of the most influential members of the media to the 2016 Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia.

C&A curated a diverse group of partners comprised of the best food and entertainment in the city of Philadelphia and beyond to treat guests to an unforgettable taste of the city. Guests enjoyed samplings from restaurants ranging from Stephen STARR’s Buddakan and Butcher & Singer to Jose Garces’ Amada to fast-casual phenomenon Hip City Veg.

C&A led all facets of event production including chef/restaurant participation, entertainment,  vendor management, staffing, creative design for all event collateral, vendor load-in, set-up, event staffing, breakdown, and more.
