Nicole Cashman / President & CEO
As a young entrepreneur in Philadelphia nearly 15 years ago, Nicole A. Cashman blazed the industry trail for lifestyle public relations and special events agencies in the region with the opening of Cashman & Associates in 2001. Her attention to detail, zest for hospitality and innate ability to market brands to influential consumers and deliver benchmark worthy campaigns, paved a new path for women entrepreneurs in the field.
As the CEO and President of Cashman & Associates, Nicole leads a team of strategic communications, brand management and special events professionals – who specialize in tourism and hospitality, fashion and retail, health and beauty, sports and entertainment, non-profit and real estate industries. Under Cashman’s trademark style and sophistication, the agency has amassed a high-profile local, national and international client list; representing the most prominent brands and organizations.
A Philadelphia native, Nicole began her career at Drexel University where she earned a B.S in Design and Merchandising with a minor in Marketing, along with completing a Co-Op internship with the flagship Saks Fifth Avenue store in New York City. Her success in retail continued with her role as Public Relations Director for Bloomingdale’s in New York City, where she managed communication and event initiatives for the New York metro region and Boston. She was then recruited as Director of Public Relations & Special Events for 28 Strawbridge’s stores in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
Her prowess and desire to work with multiple brands, led her to strike out on her own and establish what is now one of the most respected and prestigious agencies; where along with her team, she has been responsible for the success of many media programs and high-profile events. The agency is known for working with a roster of major brands including the Center City District, Stephen Starr Restaurants, Visit Philadelphia (formerly the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation), City of Philadelphia, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, Scannapieco Development Corporation, Comcast, Live Nation, Niche Media Publications, and more.
Nicole’s dedication to the community is a value she’s instilled into the core of her company where giving her time as a volunteer is paramount, as well as dedicating a robust corporate giving policy. Nicole’s presence has been seen on the board of organizations including the Philadelphia Art Alliance, the Greater Philadelphia Film Office, City of Philadelphia’s Mural Arts Program and The Power Shift; as well as leading committees for the 2016 Democratic National Convention, Friends of Rittenhouse Square and Gift of Life.
In addition to her charity work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and son at their home in Philadelphia and vacationing in Newport, Rhode Island.

Michelle Conron / Senior Director of Integrated Marketing & Operations
Michelle utilizes her diverse industry expertise amassed over the past ten years in public relations, marketing and management to lead and execute measurable, comprehensive and highly effective campaigns for Cashman & Associates clients. Well versed in combining traditional tactics with creative, social and experiential strategies, Michelle delivers results across a broad spectrum of lifestyle industries including fashion and beauty, entertainment, tourism and hospitality, and health and wellness.
At Cashman & Associates, Michelle leads campaigns and strategy for clients such as Sonesta Hotel, Drybar, Century 21 Department Store, SoulCycle, WeWork, Liberty Property Trust, Kiehl’s, Qatar Airways, Julius Erving Golf Classic and The Logan Hotel alongside contributing to agency-wide influencer and social media marketing, special events, media planning and branding.
Michelle has a proven track record for delivering revenue generating results and strategies for the agency in addition to securing meaningful media coverage, producing impactful events, and strategizing holistic marketing, community and public relations campaigns.
Jill Asher / Director, Integrated Marketing
An enthusiastic and innovative marketer with a passion for brand voice and creative campaign execution, Jill began her public relations career at Cashman & Associates and has recently returned to the agency with a diverse portfolio and industry insight.
At Cashman & Associates, Jill skillfully managed multiple clients, secured high-level media coverage and pitched and landed new business. Her passion for media led her to pursue a brand marketing and sales position with the area’s leading bridal publication, Philadelphia Wedding magazine. Responsible for all marketing aspects of the publication including print, digital, events, social media, and partnerships, Jill continued to develop her talent for integrated media campaigns and thoughtful brand strategy.
After almost three years in publishing, the love of public relations and opportunity to bring her well-rounded skill set to a diverse agency setting has led Jill back to the Cashman & Associates team. Her media-savvy background, attention to detail and keen sense of intuition consistently produces engaging content and buzz-worthy campaigns that generate awareness, drive sales and grow business.
Allie Seifert / Director, Public Relations
Since beginning a career in Public Relations, Allie has had the opportunity to work for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies in nearly every major industry – most notably real estate, lifestyle, home renovation & design, food & beverage, healthcare and technology.
Her energetic, savvy, well-trained mind for Public Relations allows her to quickly learn and understand the complex industries in which she works and provide compelling, well-rounded marketing strategies that help to grow clients’ businesses and expand their bottom lines. Allie’s creativity enables her to share her clients’ stories in a way that resonates with media , a skillset has allowed her to build valuable relationships with local, national and international media outlets including, USA Today, Reuters, The Wall Street Journal, TIME, Forbes and The Huffington Post to name just a few.
In addition to public relations, Allie has expansive knowledge in advertising, media buying, digital marketing and SEO allowing her to design full-scale campaigns that meet, and exceed, the needs of her clients. She is a certified Google Ad Words Specialist, and earned a certification in InBound Marketing from HubSpot.
Allie graduated from Penn State with a B.A and Public Relations and Advertising, and minors in Business and Communication Arts & Sciences.
Alex Coll / Senior Graphic Designer & Brand Manager
Alex’s technical training in combination with her penchant for aesthetics compels her to create relevant, inspiring designs that cultivate brand integrity and awareness. Her creativity is fueled by an extensive literary collection, countless Moleskine journals and a thirst for adventure. A creative since birth, Alex is a firm believer that with the right typeface and color palette, you can accomplish anything.
Since joining Cashman & Associates in 2012, Alex has spearheaded the growth of the company’s graphic design department with proven success. As Graphic Designer & Brand Manager, Alex is responsible for developing creative assets from conception through execution across multiple media platforms. She has produced a vast portfolio including advertisements, creative deliveries, brand development and marketing efforts. Alex is passionate about developing visual communication strategies to meet each of her client’s unique goals.
Alex attended Temple University where she earned her B.A. in Art Direction with a concentration in fine art and craft techniques. Her student portfolio includes effective and award-winning campaigns created for clients such as Anthropologie and Delia*s. She now resides in Center City Philadelphia.
Alyssa Bonventure / Account Executive
Alyssa joins the Cashman & Associates team from New York City, where she specialized in the food & beverage industry – most notably executing public relations and social campaigns for Patron Tequila, The Macallan Scotch Whisky and Campari America.
Alyssa’s previous experience, combined with her go-getter attitude and acute attention to detail, lend a helping hand in developing complex PR strategies that help bridge the gap between her clients and their desired publics. By constantly seeking out the latest industry trends and making them own-able to her clients, Alyssa is able to tell each brand story through a unique and timely perspective.
Her knack for coming up with out-of-the-box story angles has helped her build long-standing relationships with both national and reginal media. Throughout her career, she has landed placements in Vogue.com, Maxim, Town & Country, Conde Nast Traveler, WIRED, Yahoo! Food, POPSUGAR, Eater, Thrillist and The Today Show, to name a few. In addition to public relations, Alyssa has a strong background in social influencer relations and managing client social channels.
Alyssa graduated from The University of Maryland with a B.S in Marketing from the Robert H. Smith School of Business.
Sofia Pignitor / Account Executive
Sofia Pignitor brings passion, creativity and a fundamental understanding of journalism to the Cashman and Associates Public Relations team. With a strong background in multi-media production and through her experience as an account coordinator, Sofia maintains strong media and client relationships.
Sofia’s love of travel, art and fashion mirrors her personal interest in the clients she represents. From working with Philadelphia’s premier arts festival, to luxury hospitality brands, and representing family-owned companies, Sofia is dedicated to telling the stories of the businesses she devotedly represents.
Around the office, Sofia is known for seeing things outside of the box. From conceptualizing timely and relevant news angles, to assisting with branding campaigns based on a company’s unique contribution to the world. Through trend analysis, a continued dedication to learning and never being scared to step outside of her comfort- zone, Sofia is a master of effective communications. It is her personal belief is that the right words can replace a thousand.
Shana Saddic / Account Executive
Shana is always searching for news worthy angles while putting her clients on the forefront of the community radar, and each day continuing to combine strategic thinking and creativity for her diverse clientele. She has had public relations experience throughout the cities of Philadelphia and New York, with multiple media placements nationally and locally. As a Public Relations Coordinator, Shana handles and continues to build on Cashman and Associates hospitality, consumer and lifestyle accounts, with a seamless blend of media relations, publicity, and promotion. When she is not talking to the media, you can find her focusing on upcoming events, community engagement, or reading the news that combines her passion for communication and always staying “in the know.” Shana’s positive and committed attitude allows her to tirelessly commit to her client’s needs and wants while always brainstorming new ideas and initiatives. Shana is a Temple University Alumni with a B.A. in Strategic Communication and a concentration in Public Relations.
Olivia Gracey / Associate Account Executive
Olivia’s determination, strong work ethic and understanding of communications and social media resulted in a promotion to Account Coordinator at Cashman & Associates after a three month internship. She has public relations and social media experience in North Carolina, New York City and the Greater Philadelphia Area. During her time as an intern at Cashman & Associates, she received local media placements.
At Cashman & Associates, Olivia is responsible for variety of client accounts in the fashion, retail, beauty and health and wellness industries. Her love and passion for fashion and beauty reflects her interest in her clientele.
Olivia is a graduate of East Carolina University with a B.S. in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations.
Kerri Del Collo / Associate Account Executive
Kerri brings to Cashman & Associates a passion for creative storytelling, believing that crafting a compelling narrative for her clients is the best way to kickstart their Public Relations endeavors. Her background in journalism gives her an understanding of what journalists need to write a unique piece, focused on homing in on that one characteristic that will make a company stand out and succeed. As an Eagles season ticket holder, Kerri’s love of Philadelphia and its rich history runs deep, which she uses as inspiration to grow brands through sharing their Philadelphia stories.
At Cashman & Associates, Kerri works on real estate and lifestyle brands. She is very detail oriented and attentive, ensuring that clients’ needs are always met. Her ingenuity is what drives her ability to develop fresh and original strategies.
Prior to joining Cashman & Associates, Kerri lead public relations at a local, startup agency where she performed market research, editorial development and media engagement on behalf of clients and spearheaded the agency’s marketing through social media content creation and web development and management.
Kerri graduated from Penn State (University Park) with a B.S. in digital/print journalism and a minor in digital media.
Megan Renner / Associate Account Executive, Digital Media
Megan’s integrated experience in social media from both a brand and consumer perspective allow her to take an insightful approach to curating unique, thoughtful, and brand-specific content. Her experience with digital tactics spans Cashman & Associates clients in the retail, hospitality, beauty, restaurant, and non-profit industries.
Megan utilizes her multimedia skillset to translate brand attributes into social media personas and execute relevant content campaigns and paid advertising initiatives. Megan is well versed in the application of digital and social media data and optimizes campaigns for maximum reach and most efficient spend.
With an edge on the industry’s trends and understanding of best performing tactics, Megan orchestrates the creation of original content for use across social and digital media platforms. By concepting, creating, and overseeing photoshoots, Megan ensures that the content produced is always unique, timely, and on-brand.
Megan graduated from Ithaca College with a B.A in journalism and minor in theatre. She now resides in Center City, Philadelphia.
Nora Kenney / Special Events Coordinator
Nora is a graduate of Temple University with a B.S. in Advertising with a concentration in Art Direction. Nora’s passion for entertaining, strong eye for detail and interest in events landed her a position at Cashman & Associates as an Event Coordinator.
At Cashman & Associates, Nora is a part of the teams responsible for planning and executing special event initiatives for clients such as The Fairmont Park Conservancy, The Police Athletic League, Wawa Welcome America’s 4th of July Festival, Live Nation and The James Beard Foundation to name a few. Nora is an active participant in the annual New Year’s Day Mummers Parade and is also involved in their community service in Philadelphia neighborhoods year-round.
Liz Mirra / Account Coordinator
Liz is driven by her belief that passion should motivate an individual in everything that they do, and she is proud to be able to say that she experiences this sense of determination within her chosen career and her clients every single day. She is constantly searching for new trends and fresh ways to incorporate key messages into strategic communications efforts for her clients. She loves working to build, maintain, and elevate each of her client’s brand, and has garnered local press in some of Philadelphia’s top outlets.
Liz comes with a degree in Food Marketing and a personal interest in everything food and beverage related, so specializing in food, beverage and hospitality at Cashman & Associates is a natural fit. She joined the Cashman team after several internships in marketing, events planning, and food related content writing, making her an expert in her field.
Sabina Evans / Graphic Designer
Sabina focuses on creating proactive and conceptual work for clients at Cashman & Associates. Her constant exploration for creativity, typography and imagery allows her to view projects from various perspectives creating a well-rounded style. Sabina has a strong passion for discovery and cultivating human connections. This is reflected in her work by incorporating hand drawn aspects and combining it with the digital world. Sabina is responsible for creating concepts from beginning to end on multiple media platforms and is committed to staying current with trending and timeless design. She constantly challenges herself to reach out and learn more.
Sabina attended Temple University where she focused her studies in Graphic Design and Advertising, earning a B.A. in art direction with an art minor. Her love for art began as a child when she would use it as a means of expression and only continued to grow as she immersed herself in different mediums such as painting and photography.
Sabina values authenticity and the goodness in others. And yes, bad typography does keep her up at night.
