All Things Wellness This Spring

April may bring showers, but Cashman and Associates is bringing insight into the best ways to incorporate wellness into your routine this spring whether rain or shine. Read below for some of our favorite fitness and healthy dining options in and around the city this season.

Returning this year by popular demand, the King of Prussia Town Center’s Outdoor Yoga Happy Hour will take place Tuesdays from June through August. Each week, King of Prussia Town Center is partnering with Stillpoint Yoga to bring free, introductory-level fitness classes to the Center’s green space. Bonus: surrounding restaurants will be offering post-class specials and drink deals. Nama-slay the work week with this free fitness series.

 Blue Cross Broad Street Run

Daybreaker: Dance on the Clouds
Who says you can’t wear white before Memorial Day? Join Daybreaker, a fitness celebration at the top of One Liberty Observation Deck to celebrate World Health Day on April 7th. Dress in white from head to toe for yoga and dance classes, live performances, breakfast by Manitoba Harvest, coffee by Chameleon Cold Brew and more.

To Eat

sweetgreen’s new spring menu  is out and we are impressed! Stop in for a low calorie, customizable meal like Nancy’s Chopped Salad or one of our favorites, the Beet + Goat Cheese Bowl. As summer sneaks up, prepare your body and mind with these seasonal, delicious new items.

Just Salad
Maintaining a healthy diet can sometimes feel like an extra job, but Just Salad offers attainable options for everyone. The fan favorite will be now more accessible, too: Just Salad announced a target opening date of late spring for their new location in University City. Bonus: with Just Salad’s $1 reusable bowl program, you can save money and help save an outstanding 75,000 pounds of plastic waste every year.

True Food
King of Prussia is the place to be for all things wellness this April. True Food not only features nutritious and unique items on their diverse menu, but they are offering fitness classes this month right in their KOP location. Enjoy 15% off brunch after a HIIT dance fitness class on April 7th and a DUB, equipment-free fitness class on the 14th

To Sip

 Chez Ben
Chez Ben, the new all-day café and French Bistro located in Old City, features a coffee bar with fresh-made smoothies every day. Stop in for signature blends like the Spring Fever, made with spinach, banana and apples, or the Colombe Freeze, made with locally-sourced La Colombe espresso, bananas and almond milk.

Honeygrow, while known for their out of this world stir-fry, introduced a line of bottled cold-press juices last year. Delicious, full of nutrients, and easy to grab-on-the-go, we’re sipping our way to wellness this spring.
