All Things Wellness This Spring

April may bring showers, but Cashman and Associates is bringing insight into the best ways to incorporate wellness into your routine this spring whether rain or shine. Read below for some of our favorite fitness and healthy dining options in and around the city this season.

Each week, King of Prussia Town Center is partnering with Stillpoint Yoga to bring free, introductory-level fitness classes to the Center’s green space. Bonus: surrounding restaurants will be offering post-class specials and drink deals. Nama-slay the work week with this free fitness series.

 Blue Cross Broad Street Run

sweetgreen
sweetgreen’s new spring menu  is out and we are impressed! Stop in for a low calorie, customizable meal like Nancy’s Chopped Salad or one of our favorites, the Beet + Goat Cheese Bowl. As summer sneaks up, prepare your body and mind with these seasonal, delicious new items.

Just Salad
Maintaining a healthy diet can sometimes feel like an extra job, but Just Salad offers attainable options for everyone. The fan favorite will be now more accessible, too: Just Salad announced a target opening date of late spring for their new location in University City. Bonus: with Just Salad’s $1 reusable bowl program, you can save money and help save an outstanding 75,000 pounds of plastic waste every year.
