Event Marketing Case Study: East Market
Cashman & Associates was hired by National Real Estate Development LLC to produced a three-part event consisting of a VIP Reception, a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and a Block Party to celebrate the grand opening of East Market, the transformative $800 million mixed-use development in Center City. Bounded by Market, Chestnut, 11th and 12th Streets, East Market bridges Philadelphia’s historic and business districts and includes two apartment towers, an office tower, stores and restaurants.
Cashman & Associates managed all aspects of event production for each event including run of show creation, décor planning, budget management, floorplan, VIP management, signage, vendor management, decor, RSVP set up and management, catering, event flow, check-in, and on-site management.
Cashman & Associations infused key strategic elements into each event that would enhance guest experience, serve as photo-set-ups to drive social media and publicity buzz, and set overall tone reflective of each specific event profile, whether it was to cater to VIP’s and stakeholders, media, or general public.
The event components were thoughtfully designed to activate key amenities of East Market, including retail and hospitality tenants that were incorporated throughout the event to immerse guests in the energy of all East Market has to offer.
