Cashman & Associates recognized by Philadelphia City Council for 25th Anniversary

There are moments in every company’s journey that serve as powerful reminders of why the work matters. For Cashman & Associates, that reminder came into focus inside Philadelphia City Council Chambers on February 26, where C&A’s Founder and CEO Nicole Cashman was presented with an official City Council resolution in recognition of the agency’s 25th anniversary and its lasting contributions to the City of Philadelphia.

Presented on behalf of City Council President Kenyatta Johnson, the formal resolution represents a significant civic acknowledgment of Cashman & Associates’ 25 years of impact in Philadelphia.  For a quarter-century, C&A has helped define the city’s narrative through strategic communications, marketing, and events, while supporting the businesses, institutions, nonprofits and leaders who continue to shape Philadelphia’s future.

Since opening its doors in 2001, Cashman & Associates has grown alongside Philadelphia. As the city has evolved, so has the agency; partnering with clients across hospitality, tourism, real estate, health and beauty, fashion and retail, arts and culture, sports, luxury lifestyle and nonprofit sectors. Through every campaign, event and partnership, C&A’s mission has remained the same: to tell meaningful stories, build lasting relationships and elevate the people and places that make Philadelphia exceptional.

Receiving this recognition from Philadelphia City Council during Cashman & Associates’ 25th anniversary year is especially meaningful as it reflects the collective efforts of so many people. While Nicole accepted the resolution on behalf of the agency, this honor belongs to every member of the Cashman & Associates team, past and present, as well as the clients, partners and friends who have placed their trust in C&A over the past quarter century.

“It has been a privilege to be part of the growth of the city of Philadelphia,” said Nicole Cashman. “It’s impossible to believe that it’s been 25 years, but it has. And we are going to continue to make this city what it needs to be. We’re going to continue to shine a national light on all the good things that we do, whether it’s health, education, community, lifestyle, tourism, hospitality, all the things that make a city great.”

As we reflect on the past 25 years, we’re grateful for the opportunities we’ve had to help launch new businesses, celebrate major milestones, amplify important causes and showcase the best of Philadelphia to audiences on a global scale. Every project has been an opportunity to contribute to the city’s continued growth and celebrate the people and organizations who make it extraordinary.

This recognition is not only a celebration of where we’ve been, but also of where we’re headed. As Philadelphia continues to evolve, Cashman & Associates remains committed to helping tell its stories, champion its communities and create meaningful experiences that leave a lasting impact.
