Public Relations Case Study: Bar Bombon

Cashman & Associates was hired to educate and bring awareness to the Philadelphia region surrounding Bar Bombón’s unique vegan and Puerto Rican-inspired cuisine.

C&A designed a multi-faceted strategy comprised of traditional public relations and influencer marketing – securing local, regional, and national editorial coverage from, Veg News Magazine, and more, totaling over 33 million media impressions. Additionally, C&A secured an in-studio cooking session at, broadcast on the publication’s Facebook Live to over 6,720,000 followers.

Additionally, C&A created and oversaw several interactive campaigns in partnership with regional tourism attraction agency Visit Philadelphia, securing several national media and social influencer dines and driving increased social media exposure and conversation. Lastly, C&A coordinated and implemented a Facebook campaign designed to drive guests to OpenTable, and over the course of one month the campaign brought an increase of 300 web reservations.
