Event Production Case Study: King of Prussia Town Center’s Virtual Music Series
Prior to the COVID-19 Pandemic, The King of Prussia Town Center was slated to host a live music series on the center’s green space from during the summer months. Due to the lockdowns and crowd restrictions placed on the state of Pennsylvania, C&A worked with the King of Prussia Town Center team to reformat the series and transitioned it from in-person performances to virtual concerts that streamed live on the KOP Town Center’s Facebook page.
Cashman & Associates managed all aspects of event production including musician coordination, event promotion, event related graphic design and social media content and promotions. C&A provided each performer with detailed instructions on how to successfully “go live” including detailed talking points and a “what to know” day-of information package to ensure the production was seamless. C&A’s event team was on hand during each performance to monitor the production, offering technical troubleshooting whenever needed and live-community management on Facebook.
Additionally, C&A spearheaded publicity for the series and secured editorial features on the virtual event series with outlets including the Times Herald, Metro, NBC10, Delco Times, The Reporter Online, 6 ABC, Montco Happening and more!
