VINYL GRAND OPENING
The Snack PR team was hired by VINYL to publicize the grand opening of Philadelphia’s newest live music & entertainment destination, VINYL, via traditional press placements, special events and one (1) surprise & delight creative delivery.
To achieve desired results, Snack PR put together a targeted 90-day timeline and strategy beginning with a press exclusive with The Philadelphia Inquirer, followed by subsequent grand opening press release distribute to local/regional lifestyle, hospitality and F&B media across online, print and broadcast outlets. As a result, Snack PR garnered 21 press placements yielding 700m+ impressions. Placements included NBC 10, Philly Voice, Thrillist Philly, Metro Philadelphia, Philadelphia Business Journal, 6 ABC FYI Philly, The Infatuation & more!
To complement traditional media publicity and reach a younger, more digitally-oriented audience, Snack PR concepted & distributed (1) creative delivery to (20) social media influencers inclusive of: (1) bottle of Makers Mark bourbon, (2) VINYL branded rocks glasses, an invitation to VIP grand opening event and a portable speaker. The printed invitation also included a QR code leading to a custom VINYL playlist.
At VIP grand opening, C&A hosted 130 influential millennial-driven press, social influencers and neighborhood VIPs for complimentary cocktails, live music and photo opportunities within the space. The VIP event + creative delivery garnered 37 in-feed social media posts, resulting in 1.3 million+ social media impressions.
