Event Production Case Study: W Philadelphia Hotel Grand Opening
Cashman and Associates executed a comprehensive media and influencer campaign surrounding the grand opening of the W Philadelphia hotel. As part of the grand opening strategy, C&A secured including a local exclusive with The Philadelphia Inquirer.
C&A also assisted W Philadelphia with embedding itself within key stakeholder groups and taste makers within the community, tailoring a VIP invite list for a special design showcase that included guests from Philadelphia’s prominent design, architecture, music, fashion, art, food and beverage, hospitality, education, and non-profit industries.
C&A helped W Philadelphia navigate the opening of its on-site restaurant, Dolce Italian, to maintain clear messaging and communicate the brand associations. C&A also helped to navigate messaging and press for the opening of W Philadelphia’s sister hotel property brand, Element Philadelphia, which shares a location within the W Philadelphia’s building but are two separate entities with individual brand identities.
C&A’s grand opening strategy led to over 85,000,000 media impressions locally, regionally, and nationally.
