A Philly Affair
Philadelphia Love Run Half Marathon – March 29, 2015
The Philadelphia Love Run Half Marathon completely sold out last year. This March marks the race’s second anniversary, and like last year, the spots are filling up quickly. The Love Run course takes you past the classic sights Philadelphia across the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and through Fairmont Park, starting and finishing at the Art Museum. All registered runners receive a free Phillies ticket and finishers receive a Love Run spinner medal.

Sweet Victory
Hot Chocolate 15K/5K – April 4, 2015
While it may seem a bit counterproductive, the Hot Chocolate 15k is renowned for being “America’s Sweetest Race,” making it the perfect incentive for both first-time and seasoned participants. Finishers are greeted with a post-race, chocolate themed party and a mug filled with chocolate fondue, dippable snacks, and of course, hot chocolate. All 15k finishers also earn a chocolate bar shaped Hot Chocolate Philadelphia medal.

Fun for the Family
Care to Carry On 5K Run/Walk – April 19, 2015
The Care for the Cure Foundation invites you to run (or walk) through the Philadelphia Zoo during its inaugural Care to Carry On 5K. Register to help raise awareness about children’s grief and benefit Camp Erin®, a local camp that provides traditional camp activities, grief education, and support to children who have lost loved ones. Free all-day access to the Philadelphia Zoo makes the Care to Carry on 5K the perfect activity for the entire family!

Runners will be cheered along the 10-mile course by music groups, high school bands, cheerleading squads, church choirs, and drill teams. Don’t miss your chance to be part of the fun!

The Final Finish Line
Philadelphia Marathon – November 22, 2015
The Philadelphia Marathon’s fall date gives you all of spring and summer to gear up for the greatest race of the year. The course is listed alongside the top 10 in the country boasting flat terrain, beautiful views, and thousands of fans to encourage runners along the way. The course takes you through Fairmont Park, along the Schuylkill River, past Manayunk and University City, all the way back to the finish line. Marathon finishers receive a technical shirt, post-race refreshments, medal, and certificate. Prize money is awarded to the top five finishers.
