You may have heard that one of Philly’s top salons, Giovanni & Pileggi, has recently moved its headquarters from Rittenhouse Square to Midtown Village (258 S. 11th Street.) Bernadette

Currently making monthly appearances at G&P, Frank’s an expert in textured hair and has mastered keratin straightening treatments and weaves.
