One of my favorite warm-weather activities = sipping on crisp, cool cocktails. Some of the hottest restaurants in the city have just rolled out their new spring/summer cocktail menus, and I’ve quickly discovered a few “must sips”…
- Chima Brazilian Steakhouse has an Acai Caipirinha (a traditional Brazilian drink with a kick of Acai) that’s to die for. I saw Marnie Hall went here recently and had a Chima bartender show her how to make one! Check it out here.
- I discovered the Mexican Maid at Ranstead Room/El Rey on Cinco de Mayo! It’s a light, summery drink with one of my favorite ingredients – Tequila.
- The Tiki Tumbler has the perfect combination of rum, pineapple, and lime juice. I discovered this one last Friday at The Philadelphia Museum of Art’s “Martinis on the Portico” Friday evening happy hour series that lasts throughout the summer!
Anyone else discover any great summer drinks lately? I’m always on the hunt to try something new!
